Full Stack Developer (Backend & API Focus)
Remote
As an employee of our company, you will lead Backend & API development: powering key features and integrating a range of 3rd party services including payment gateways, analytics, scheduling and customer support tools.
You will also manage deployment pipelines and contribute to platform stability via CI/CD, Docker and Git-based workflows.
In addition, you will:
- Optimise database performance, maintain data integrity and ensure secure storage of sensitive information.
- Automate system tasks and monitoring processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers and other team members to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and knowledge-sharing to maintain best practices and ensure platform scalability.
- Analyse system performance and propose improvements to enhance reliability, speed, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend logic
- Build and manage integrations with external platforms
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for stable deployments
- Work within a Docker-based development environment
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 3+ years of backend/full stack development experience
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD tools and containerisation
- Able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken
- Thai nationality
Nice to have
- Experience with automation tools, identity/auth systems or CMS platforms
- Familiarity with serverless functions
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong Frontend skills
